This policy sets out the rules for using Nuliko. By using the platform, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You must not:

• Use Nuliko for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account.
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material.
• Upload material that infringes anyone else's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Exploit the referral system fraudulently (e.g. creating multiple accounts to earn credits).
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

Uploaded content

Nuliko is designed for children's handwritten schoolwork. You must only upload photos of your child's educational work. Do not upload photos containing:

• Other people (faces, identifying information)
• Material unrelated to learning activities
• Content that could be harmful, illegal, or inappropriate

Enforcement

If we become aware of a breach of this policy, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Remove content that breaches this policy
• Report to law enforcement if we believe illegal activity has occurred
